PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED.
Aerobars are prohibited in all Perimeter Bicycling events
except the 234 and 157-mile events of the Cochise County Cycling Classic.Cyclists in the 234 and 157 mile events must be fully supported
by a follow vehicle and crew of at least one person (2 recommended)CPSC-approved helmet required.
Registration for El Tour is open through Friday, October 7, 2011.
ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES on Thurday, October 6, 2011.
October 7th registration must be done IN PERSON at
Cochise Expo in Douglas AZ.
Credit cards will NOT be accepted at Expo for registration;
payments will be accepted in the form of cash or check only

Douglas Association for Retarded Citizens
Cochise Classic’s beneficiary
Douglas ARC provides training and employment for developmentally
challenged individuals, in conjunction with nutrition services for the
community’s elderly population. Clients prepare and serve more
than 300 congregate meals daily in the communities of
Bisbee and Douglas. More than 50 of Douglas ARC’s
clients who have participated in the training program
have been successful in securing employment in private
businesses in the community

section of our site and is not currently linked to other aspects or services of our site.
Hint: Once you are logged into the system, in the PAYER section,
use the name and billing address of the credit card you will
be using to complete your transaction. If you’d like to use a
different name or address for your registration, put that information

234 miles. Start time: 2:00 a.m. An ultra-distance event. At all times, cyclists are required to be fully supported by a follow vehicle with a minimum of one crew member. All state and local road and traffic laws apply. Night riding reaquires appropriate lighting on the bicycle and the follow vehicle. This event starts before dawn, all bicycles must be equipped with legal lighting at the start line. Support crew and cyclist are required to attend the pre-ride meeting in Douglas, AZ the night before the event.
157 miles. Start time: 6:20 a.m. An ultra-distance event. At all times, cyclists are required to be fully supported by a follow vehicle with a minimum of one crew member. All state and local road and traffic laws apply. Night riding requires appropriate lighting on the bicycle and the follow vehicle. Support crew and cyclist are required to attend the pre-ride meeting in Douglas, AZ the night before the event.
92 miles. Start time: 6:30 a.m. Aid stations with fruit and water are set up along the route, however you should bring extra water, food/nutrition and especially electrolytes.
45 miles. Start time: 8:00 am. Aid stations with fruit and water are set up along the route, however you should bring extra water, food/nutrition and especially electrolytes.

Youth: Age 12 & under on ride day
Registration is comprised of a combination of two or three elements:
processing fee, registration fee and contribution.
Your total cost depends on the date you register and the option you choose.

Level 1 (Adult), Level 6 (Youth): ONLINE only: fees must be paid in full.
Levels 2 – 5 (Adult): ONLINE registration: the option is available at checkout (Step 7) to pay only the Processing Fee now and submit contributions to Perimeter Bicycling by Friday, October 7, 2011 at Packet Pick Up in the form of cash or checks. Credit/Debit cards will not be accepted for registration/contribution fees at Packet Pick Up.

Perimeter Bicycling Jersey
A lightweight jersey especially designed for Perimeter Bicycling highlighting all our cycling events:

Conquistador Trophy
A metal bicycle sculpture mounted on stone
designed by artist Toni Sodersten and hand made by
Jereme Krause of Bisbee, Arizona.

Cyclists registering for main event
may qualify to be the HIGHEST MONEY RAISER, earning a
Conquistador and a Treasure Chest filled with prizes and gifts

Minimum of $1000 must be raised.
To qualify for the Highest Money Raiser or for the Treasure Chest,
all contributions must be turned in by
Friday, April 1, 2011 for main event and by Friday, October 7, 2011 for Fun Ride.
